How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit & debit cards through the Paypal process.
Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?
No, you are not required to have a Paypal account to make purchase as there is an option to checkout as 'guest user'. However if you hold a Paypal account then you may use this. By using Paypal your information will be encrypted for maximum security.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched on the same day, any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent the following working day.
All orders will be sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class postal service which can take between 2-3 working days to arrive. However larger orders may be sent via courier service and are subject to their local delivery times.
How much is the charge for postage & packaging?
For the Uk we offer the Royal Mail 1st Class service up to the order value of £24.99 which will be charged at £1.95
For orders over £25.00 postage is free!
If you wish to upgrade postage service to UK First Class Signed For there will be an additional cost of £1.00
If you wish to upgrade to UK Special Next Day there is a charge of £6.99 - however this excludes orders placed on Saturday or Sunday and orders MUST be received by 3pm GMT.
How about international shipping?
We do ship internationally and this is charged at £7.95 currently.
However at present shipping to Europe has been suspended until we can source a more economical way of posting. For international shipments we will not be responsible for any fees, customs or taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Your full satisfaction is important for us and we pride ourselves in offering great customer service. We appreciate it can be difficult finding the right beads and haberdashery for your projects which is why we offer a 14 days returns policy.
In the first instance please send us an email to [email protected] prior to returning your items quoting your order/invoice number, your name and address and the reason for the return.
Please ensure they are unused and in the the original packaging and return the item to us with a copy of your invoice within 14 days and to ensure safe return please make sure you wrap them in sufficient protective wrap and package in a manner that will keep them from harm and send via your local post office.
Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error then the cost of postage will be your responsibility.
Please ensure you obtain a copy of certificate of posting from the post office as proof of return. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post with proof of postage. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any item returned that is lost or damaged in the post.
Refunds will be issued to the account payment was originally placed upon once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
